Rules & Etiquette
Rules
Do not place any food, drinks, or sharp objects on the bouldering pads.
Refrain from climbing under the influence, save that for later.
Before entering, all climbers and visitors must sign a liability waiver.
Shirts are required.
Approval from staff is necessary for belaying.
Airpods and phones are prohibited to be on your person while on top-rope walls.
Climbing walls are off-limits to bare feet and street shoes.
Climbing shoes are prohibited in the bathrooms.
Keep wet and muddy shoes away from climbing areas and fitness equipment.
Etiquette
Respect is mandatory, this is a safe space for everyone.
Be aware of your surroundings as other climbers may be above you, behind you, or next in line to climb a route.
Ask for permission before providing beta (unsolicited advice). Nobody likes beta sprayers!
Chalk and chalk balls should be kept in chalk bags and on hands only.
Please do not grunt loud while climbing or using fitness equipment.
Clean up after yourself by putting away fitness equipment and wiping down machines.
Never pass beneath any climber for safety reasons. Death and injuries can happen.
Youth Rules
Children 12 and under must be directly supervised by an adult while climbing. We ask you to provide a 1:4 adult to child supervision ratio for ages 6-12 and 1:2 ratio for 5 and under.
Children 12-14 require adult supervision in the fitness gym, and 15-16 need adult supervision after 9pm.
Children must be 12 years of age to belay or lead.
Climbing pads are for climbing and falling only! No horseplay, running, or playing.
Give other climbers plenty of room and only climb one route at a time.

Chalk socks must remain inside chalk bags at all times.
